OTTAWA TRIBE RESERVATION SPECIFIC REGULATIONS


PLEASE NOTE THE DETAILS OF THE ADIMINISTRATION OF LICENSING HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED YET THIS IS STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS. We are currently in the process of updating the tribal card software. Once that happens you will be able to come in to the tribal office to update your tribal card with a new picture and the Hunting and Fishing designation. Cost for the new card will be $5.00.

For information on hunting and fishing on land currently owned by the Ottawa Tribe of Oklahoma.

————PLEASE NOTE———-

  1. License designations will be issued by the Ottawa Tribe of Oklahoma, ONLY AFTER ”Presentation Of A Valid Hunter’s Safety Certificate.”

  2. Licenses and permits must be carried “on person” while afield at all times.

  3. Hunter’s under the age of nine (9) may hunt as an apprentice with an accompanying adult their tribal ID will say “APPRENTICE”.

NOTE: Tribal Hunting and Fishing licenses do not exempt one from purchasing Federal Waterfowl Stamp, HIP reporting requirements, or Paddlefish permit requirements. PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN THAT YOU READ, UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW THE INTRETRIBAL TITLE 23 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
