General Council

Occurring annually the first Saturday in May, General Council is a meeting facilitated by the business committee, developed for a state of the union address in order for tribal members to gather, learn about tribal businesses and grants, and participate in an open forum to ask questions.

Voting begins at 10am and concludes at noon. Lunch will be provided. General Council meeting following lunch. This event will be held at the Ottawa-Peoria Building in Miami, Oklahoma. Please note that citizens will be required to present a photo ID and Tribal Membership/Citizenship Card. If the Tribal Card has a photo on it, this will satisfy both of these requirements.
